Marsland Centre was selected as the owner developer for
the first building in the new University of Waterloo Research & Technology
Park. This 110,000 square foot three storey building was designed and
built to suit for Sybase and features reflective glass, architectural precast,
natural lighting, focus on efficiency and use of intelligent building
technology, environmental best practices and future flexibility, high ratio of
parking, professional landscaping and connection to the parks extensive trails
network.
