Northland Drive
his 16,100 square-foot building in Waterloo's
predominant industrial area was constructed in 1988 by Meyer Mercer, an
industrial supplies distributor. It was acquired by Marsland Centre Limited in
1990. The split-face structure combines a concrete-block office section (fully
air conditioned) and a pre-fab metal warehouse space. Zoning is industrial-2.
There's plenty of parking, and the
property includes vacant land surrounding the building that could be used for
expanded parking or a small addition. A Kitchener Transit bus stops nearby (#14
Northlake).
The area is home to many
major manufacturers, high-tech hardware developers, and a broad mix of other
businesses. Within a very short drive are the restaurants and stores on King
Street in North Waterloo and Conestoga Mall.
