103 Randall
The original 24,000 square foot building was custom built to suit for Northern Digital in 1998. NDI had previously owned and occupied a building on Albert Street that no longer was able to accommodate the company's growth. We presented our concept of what we were trying to achieve on Randall Drive, and found a compatibility with NDI's needs and aspirations.
In 2002, phase I of their future expansion added an additional 22,000 square feet. Again, 103 is an architecturally significant prestige building with premium quality reflective glass and a beautiful interior treatment.
