 he Pressworks Technology Park and other
developments on Randall Drive are changing the rules for high-tech companies in
Waterloo. Traditionally, these businesses located as close to the University of
Waterloo as possible, often trying to adapt to whatever space could be
found.
We've created an alternative,
offering custom-designed, architecturally pleasing buildings, all with ample
parking, sophisticated interiors, and the flexibility to expand as
needed.
We acquired this site in
1995 with the vision of creating an upscale business park for knowledge-based
industries. We envisaged a cluster of architecturally significant buildings on
well-landscaped sites that would enhance the image of our
tenants.
Three buildings have been
constructed on the site and there is room for three more, possibly in the
20,000 to 40,000 square foot range.
All buildings have been spaced accordingly to allow very high parking
ratios and room for future expansion. The whole site has also been designed to
allow easy access for fiber & other telecommunications
needs.
